All products and services must have been available in the UK between 25th July 2008 and 24th July 2009

Advertising and marketing campaigns must have run between July 2008 and June 2009

Companies entered must have been trading in the UK for at least 12 months prior to the entry deadline

Projects must have been completed between 25th July 2008 and 24th July 2009 and involve a UK-based implementation

You may enter one or more of the categories

All material submitted will remain strictly confidential to the judges

Descriptions of submissions from winners and finalists will be published in connection with the Awards. Entrants may, however, mark certain sensitive parts of their entry 'not for publication' such as exact budget figures/financial results etc

Entries may be withdrawn at any point up to 17th July 2009 upon written request. Please note, however, that entry fees are non-refundable

The judges reserve the right to amend category selections where appropriate

The judges reserve the right to disqualify any entry not accompanied by the appropriate supporting documentation

The judges’ decision is final in all cases

Electronic (email) entries will not be accepted.

Short-listed companies will be notified in advance of the presentation of awards

The winner of each category will be announced at the presentation of the awards; under no circumstances will winners’ details be disclosed before that time

No correspondence will be entered into

Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted unless approved by the editor of Accountancy Age

Your entry must include the entry administration fee of £85+VAT where indicated. The fee is payable for each entry made

Entries will only be accepted if accompanied by the entry administration fee and complete copies of the entry and supporting documents

Entries must arrive by the entry deadline of the 24th July 2009
